1. Job description
– Design PLC, PC, HMI program to control the system automatically.
– Make an algorithm diagram of the system control program.
– Create and update programming log documentation.
– Design technical drawings for assembly of electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment.
– Make a list of electrical, electronic and pneumatic equipment materials for the project.
– Debug, test, and calibrate the automation control system.
– Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time.
– Test and improve the design to perfection.
– Compile technical documents and guidance documents for products.
– Support installation and operation instructions for customers.
– Work reports.
2. Job Requirements
– Graduated from Universities and Colleges in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, and Automation engineering.
– At least 1 year of experience in the field of machine design.
– Have an overview of industrial automation machinery/equipment/systems.
– Experience in using industrial equipment, inverters, servos, PLC, HMI, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, all kinds of sensors, measuring equipment.
– Ability to use mechanical design software: Solidworks, Autocad…
– Read and write documents/correspondence in English.
– Ability to plan and manage time.
– Skills to find information and documents via Google, Youtube
– Passionate in the field of automatic system design and programming.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Be creative and have a high sense of responsibility.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Open-minded, eager to learn.
– High pressure resistance, responsiveness, resourcefulness
