1. Job description
– Surveying customer requirements for machine design technology and automatic lines.
– Design ideas and build machine principle diagrams.
– Calculation, design, simulation on specialized software (SolidWorks, PDM, Autocad…)
– Test and improve the design
– Compile technical documents and instructions for products
– Support installation and operation instructions for customers.
– Manage the design team (teamwork) to ensure quality results according to order requirements, according to the company’s design criteria and standards. Make reports to direct managers on the progress and results of work.
– Design project management. Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time.

2. Job Requirements
– Graduated from a university majoring in mechanical engineering – mechanical design, mechatronics…
– Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of machine design.
– Have a solid knowledge of machine design software.
– Have in-depth knowledge of mechanics and automation.
– Ability to plan and manage time.
– Be creative and have a high sense of responsibility.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Quickly grasp new technologies in the industry.
– Proficient in using mechanical design software: SolidWorks, Autocad…
– Ability to work under high pressure.

3. Benefits:
• Recommended salary: $600 – $800
• Bonus: 13th month salary, monthly KPI evaluation bonus, holiday bonus, annual bonus according to contribution performance.
